how do i fix a zipper thats slider is only on one side of the zipper liner?

my golf bag has a long zipper, and the slider of the longest zipper pocket is broke and the slider is only on one side. Thanx

This may work. Pop off two or three zipper teeth at the bottom of the zipper with a needle nose plier (you may have to pop off a few more if necessary). Run the zipper down to the bottom and see if you can reengage the zipper with the other side by pushing it thru the missing teeth (if not, pop off a few more zipper teeth) and up the other side a little. If it engages with the other side and runs up like a fixed zipper, then sew, just above the missing teeth, a strong line of thread so the zipper now stops above the missing teeth and you have a thread bottom stop rather than the metal one which broke.
