Is this a good diet to start?

Ok so heres the diet ive recently made for myself.

Diet:
Breakfast:
1 egg 80 cal.
1 fruit and veggie smoothie 0 cal.

Lunch:
Tuna 80 cal.
fruits 0 cal.
veggies 0 cal

Dinner
Boiled chicke 50 cal
rice 120 cal
veggies 0cal
With this i have been drinking 4 gallons of water, 1 gallon every 6 hours.
I have also been adding 1 dandilion teabag, 2 tablespoons of lemon, 1 tbl spn of sugar free cranberry juice into my water.

Workout:
Walk 10 miles
2 hours of cardio
swim atleast 3000 yds
30 min of free weights and pushups, and other upper body strength

Is this a good diet to be on if i want to lose about 20lb in the next three weeks?

That’s a starvation diet man, though i’m sure there are calories in those fruits and juices.
Add more calories and exercise less(keep it to 30 minutes or less if you’re gonna be eating so little)
