Knowledgeable about carpet? What do you think?

I am looking for new carpet that will hold up but not cost a fortune. I have pets and two kids. I am looking at a carpet from Kraus which has a 2700 density, 50 oz. face weight, 6 twist, and 1/8 gauge. It is a shag/frieze style carpet and 100% BCF Stainmaster xtralife nylon with green label and biofresh (antimicrobial). The backing is not fabric backed but tight small squares. It also has 10 year warranties for abrasion, wear, and texture. And a 7 yr. warranty for stains and soiling. I’m getting a dark color of course to hide stubborn stains just in case. If anyone knows about carpet in this sort of detail, your feedback is appreciated. The cost to put this in is $3,107 with 8 lb 7/16 padding for 80 yds. This has been close to my price everywhere no matter what carpet which is odd, but my best price yet.
