Wood Letter

How long does it take Elmer’s Wood Glue to dry…?
I had to connect a foam letter to a wooden letter with Elmer’s wood glue. How long with it take for the foam and the wood to dry?
There’s a lot of variations here, including the humidity, if the letter will be in a verticle or a horizontal position. It also depends on how much glue you used.
Generally, in most applications like this, it will take an hour to become tacky enough to hold the lightweight letter to the wood, and 8 hours should be pretty cured, but give it 24 hours in any other applications, such as a chair repair.
