Wide Purple

why do i get dark purple smudges on various parts of my arms, neck and face after i have been drinking ?

i get small ( 10 to 20mm wide) dark purple blood blotches mainly on my forearms a couple of days after drinking (corona beer). dosnt fade away when i roll a glass tumbler over them. fades away in couple of weeks. not menigitis or i would be dead 6 month ago.
