Wht Dots

has everybody got the same problem as me?

do every indian girl or a girl with dark hair have this problem? i always shave my legs while takin a bath, in the end my legs are pretty smooth but when i see them closer i still can see black dots on them. i dont know wht other girls do that their legs are so smooth and so flawless? im not having dark skin, im light and this black hair is a catastrophe for me!!!!!!! ((
