Viscose Felt

How can I remove felt tip pen from my daughters school dress ?

The dress is pale yellow/white made of 93% polyester and 7% viscose. I used a spray-on stain remover before washing in the machine, but has made no difference to the red marks.

This is a tough one, but I have used hairspray on ink pen before and it works. So maybe it would work on marker! Good luck!
