Violet Love

Anyone know where I can get Violet Essence or flavouring?

I’m making a Birthday Cake for someone who is mad about violet creams and I’d love to make violet flavour icing for it.

I’d love to know the answer to this question too. I’ve been trying to get it for years, without success. I have a spectacular cake recipe in mind for it.
