Vert Stripe

Vert Stripe
If Vertical Stripe Shirts Make A Person Look Bigger, Would Horizontal Do The Opposite?

I was looking at an Aeropostale ad for polo style shirts. (BTW how can they use that phrase, isn’t it copyrighted?)
Anyway there was a bunch of guys shirts with vertical stripes.
I’m assuming there are a lot of underweight guys that want to look a little bigger.
Then I was thinking of my skinny bytch female friend who always thinks she’s fat.
I saw three vert. striped shirt choices. (Big diff I thought)
I never saw horizontal stripes, but this was one site.
Wouldn’t they make a person like me that could stand to loose 20 lbs. look just a little slimmer.
Ok fashion experts, educate me!
Ok, my bad…
vertical=up and down.
horizontial=around or left 2 right.
I’d edit my ? but I can’t.

From a fashion misfit to another; vertical stripes makes you look slimmer, and horizontal gives the impression that you might be bigger.
