I don’t know if they were fans or eyes or something or pincers whatever but they were there one second and gone the next so I guess they’re retractable? They were turquoise. What kind of spider is it?

It’s a jumping spider genus Phiddipus. The turquoise you saw were its…. let’s say jaws or fangs. They are usually metallic green color that’s how you know you have a Phiddipus.
