My two hens are not nice to me..HELP!?

I have two hens and 1 rooster..ive had them since they were little chicks..the two hens used to be my favorite because they would always come to me..now that they are getting older they always run from me..i can never get them..the rooster is the only one who wont run away from me..i can pick him up easily..the two hens freak out every time i do..i have to have a death grip to hold them or they fly away..i let them out everyday..clean their coop everyday..and give them fresh fruit all the time..I don’t think this is how all hens are..I just think mine are not nice..They are a mixed breed..half polish and something else..their pitch black with turquoise in their feathers..I’m not sure if its the breed or not..Any one who is familiar with chickens might know what the problem is..Please help!! Thank you!!!

i also have two hens. when i first got them. they were nice and now i have the same problem. i try to give them their owen space and give them fresh fruit but i hand feed them it. so they seem to like me a bit more (:
