CL 63 AMG Is Mercedes Most Athletic Car
The new Mercedes-Benz CL 63 AMG features an even more athletic and confident appearance than the previous model as well as delivering a superior performance at sports car level. The German manufacturer has also incorporated a newly-designed bonnet, headlamps and radiator grille, as well as bicolour tail lamps and AMG bodystyling to make it feel more dynamic.The V8 Biturbo lettering on the mudguards points to the new powertrain added Mercedes Benz.
Furthermore the CL 63 AMG features new triple-spoke light-alloy wheels painted in titanium grey and is fitted with 255/40 and 275/40 R 19 tyres. A change to the cars interior is the AMG sports steering wheel with silver coloured aluminium shift paddles and specially shaped grip area covered with perforated nappa leather.The CL Class models from AMG are currently the leaders in their coupe segment since their launch in 2007.
This more athletic build also sees the coupe have an electronically limited top speed of 155 miles per hour and the power to accelerate from zero to 62 miles per hour in 4 and a half seconds. the 62 miles per hour mark is reached in just under 4 and a half seconds with the AMG Performance package while the CL 63 AMG top speed is increased to an electronically limited 186 miles per hour.
Mercedes Benz explain that the agile responsiveness with no irritating charger delay leads to an effortlessness and dynamism previously unknown in this output class in addition to the unrivalled torque delivery of this turbocharged eight cylinder. With Mercedes upholding such a prestigious reputation the manufacturer added that the AMG high performance engine has met all the requirements necessary.
