Are you naturally thin (non-dieter)? Can you make a list of the things you eat in a typical day?

I’m interested in responses from people who don’t diet or count calories.

I have an insanely high metabolism, and am a member of a running team, but don’t count calories in the least and am oddly skinny for someone who eats as much junk as I do

Breakfest – I have had to eggos with butter for breakfast for the past six years… i usually have a small candy too..

Lunch- Usually a bagel with butter water and a chocolate chip cookie

Dinner- Pizza, nachos, pasta, some other starchy food

Homework snack – apple

Night snack – cupcake, cookie, those yummy microwavable cake things..
