I bought a fringe dress in aqua green/teal, i need help on how should i wear it or what should i wear it with.?

Im 4’9 and ive been wanting to wear a fringe dress before i get so old to wear them. I bought this aqua green/teal colored fringe dress and i don’t know if i should wear a nice dressy shoes or a pump, or an oxford or a knee high Boots just don’t wanna look to short wearing it since im short already. any suggestions pls.thanks
