How old is this vintage dress – the zipper reads “LYSTA” and it’s made of Poly/Acetate. No ILGWU union tag.?

I bought a vintage dress from an estate sale that looks like it could be from the ’40s, ’50s or ’60s, but I can’t find any information on the zipper. It’s metal, thin, white and says “LYSTA.” The only tag on it says “30% Polyester / 70% Acetate Professional Cold Dry Clean. Gentle Pressing with Warm Iron.” The cloth tag looks VERY old. Dress style: ribbed stretch top and full-length skirt. The whole thing is striped. Any idea what decade it’s from?
