Does the Gamecube Karoke Revolution cd and microphone work on Wii, do you recommend getting it for the Wii?

DDR Hottest Party Bundle for Wii, where can I get an extra dance pad, either on the internet or at a store? Does the DDR dance pad have non-slip and foam?
