Cake/dessert/pastries?

My friends and I go out a lot like 4 times a week. My friends ALL (each and every single one of them ) love dessert. even more than meals. They eat so much and they are blessed because they never gain weight. ( i’m not lying. they eat SOOO much) but i’m not blessed and i’m on a diet. THey always go to buffets or italian restaurants or whatever. So after buffets, i’m full, but they all wana go to dessert. We always have crepes, cakes, cookies, pastries, and stuff.
Will having these 4 days a week make me gain weight? If i watch whatever i eat during my meal ( like in the buffet i won’t go overboard ) but indulge myself in desserts ( they are pretty expensive so i must eat?) will i gain so much weight? If so, how much?
any suggestions on what i shold do? i hate being on a diet and all that but i LOVE croissants and chocolate and pastries and cakes!

if you say you are going out around four times a week i would say slurpge and have your cake, pastry, crepe, etc once or twice but the other times i would recommend have fruit salad with yoghurt or ice-cream if they offer it. even while they are digging in on there desserts have a coffee or a milkshake…they will be so concerned with their own food (they seem to enjoy it) that they will pay no attention as long as you are consuming something if you do this you can help save your diet as well as your social life…. but if you are an active girl..which i mean you arent lazy and have a balanced diet otherwise you should be fine and will just maintain your weight
