What Are They Called???!!!!?

What are those things called where they are have like silky material and ribbons sewn on to them or something. And you slide pictures through them and hang them up on your wall. And they come in different colors.. And you can use pins to stick stuff on them too. What are they called!!!!??? Somebody Please Help =]
