chemical thingy remover in fabrics???

my problem is this… my pants got stained by this chemical that my uncle is using to color his shells for his shellcraft business.. i forgot the name of that chemical. it’s color black and very unpleasant to the nose. smelling it is like smelling a rugby. now, i don’t know how to remove that s***. i have tried putting a gas oil, etc. but nothing seemed to work! could you give me an exact brand of anything that can remove this chemical stain?
my uncle doesn’t know what can remove this. he said, the chemical he used was a mixture of cobalt and that polylyte-thing.. waaaaah! please help!

If your Uncle uses the stuff maybe he knows what it is and how to clean it…Try asking him.
