Pew Bow (& clips) questions…?

I need to know where is the best place to find full satin pew bows w/ Tulle? (Besides the obvious Ebay) The stores want to charge 6-8.00 each! Also…I’m putting these on oak pews–should I go with Light Brown Clips or white?? Opinions?
I found them on ebay for a little under 3.00 per bow w/o all that labor–I have way too many other things going on.

what about a rental place? I know the one where I used to live had almost everything.
