Need More Attention From My Sailor?

Now, my finance and I have been together for almost a year and a half. We were already in a long distance relationship before he went to Navy Boot Camp in November. He’s now in A School in South Carolina and I’m still in High School in Kansas. I love him to death, but now that’s he’s back in school, I feel like I’ve been ‘put on the back burner.’ I know that he’s busy and all with school and study hours, but I still think he needs to give me a little more attention. There’s a time difference now, too. He’s in bed by 10 pm (my 9 pm) every night no matter what. He didn’t have any duties on Valentine’s Day and he still kinda blew me off. I spent hours putting together and sending a gift to him, and I didn’t get anything in return. I’m not looking for a gift, but I wanted some time to at least talk to him. I feel like he’s blowing me off, and I don’t feel needed. I love him, and I know he loves me, but I don’t know how to tell him how I feel. Help me out?
