i have an obsession with sticking safety pins and sewing needs through my toe?

have an obsession with sticking safety pins through this one toe, in this specific spot, and it feels good. I like to make it bleed too. It’s like painful pleasure, and its more pleasureful than painful. I don’t understand why I do this, because if I did this to any other toe, or any other part of my body, it would hurt very badly. I’m not a sadist, I don’t really enjoy pain.. But I’m wondering what causes this to feel good?
