Rubber Stopper

Can you help me figure out the density of the rubber stopper?
The mass of the rubber stopper: 6.820g
The volume of the rubber stopper: 6mL
I can’t figure out how to convert grams into mililiters.
Density= Mass/Volume
Now, the units that express this formula are; g/mL (or grams/milliliters), so a conversion is not needed.
so 6.820/6 = 1.136666667 (on a calculator)
