How to make a program in VB for the resistors color code?
I need to make a program that shows a resistance with four or five bars (With a round button to toggle this option to 4 or 5). The program must have 1 bar for tolerance and the others must be for the numeration of the resistor. And finally a text bar that shows the numeric value of the resistance.

If possible please explain the code. I have to do the same for capacitors but I would like to try that one on my own from scratch.
Danny Goodman book on JavaScript shows how tiny the code can be. His example is all over the web. Even running in a VB shell. Anyhow, it is good to fathom his logic on the finished code.
