Pokemon and Doraemon are some of these animes that we all know and love. One anime that appeals to young girls in particular is Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon is a fantasy series that everyone watches for various reasons. A young girl in a sailor outfit is the main heroine. Japanese school girls often wear this outfit to school. The appeal of Sailor Moon is the presence of pretty girls with magical powers. A person who has been following the story of Sailor Moon is no doubt a fan of the plot as well as the way the characters are drawn.

That girls love to costume play as Sailor Moon is not surprising. The characters also have a unique hand sign that the girls can do when they’re in the get-up.

How to Create a Sailor Moon Costume?

Start with a white blouse with a sailor collar. If possible, the upper garment and the skirt should be the same color. The short should reach the knees but not cover them. The skirt must be kept short for a crucial reason. Knee-high boots or stockings should be used to cover the rest of the legs.

The hairstyle should look like those in the anime. Pony tails on both sides should be held in place by big ribbons.
