Bridesmaid dresses – classic knee-length A line with high neckline?

Does anyone know WHERE I can find affordable bridesmaid dresses in this style made with satin/satin-like material, preferably: Deep red/wine colored knee-length A-line dress with a ribbon/sash going around the waist AND with a HIGH neckline (for instance, kind of like a haltertop that does not have a V-neck but rises up to the bottom of your neck).
