Bloch Protegee pointes?
I just got my very first pair of pointes today, we ended up purchasing Bloch Protegees with gellows reversible toe pads. I haven’t sewn the ribbons/elastics yet (I have to wait until Friday to be shown by my instructor how to) But the little bit of time I’ve spent up in them (during the fitting, at the barre) I really really like them, and I like the way they look on my foot.
So my questions are:
1. Who else has these shoes?
2. What has been your experience with them?
3. Who else has used these toe pads?
4. What has been your experience with them?
Well, I haven’t personally had those shoes, but I know people who have or had them, and they all really liked them. I think if you like the way they feel and look, then that’s all that matters. I think I have to toe pads you are talking about. They work well for me, but I have tender big toes, so I have a separate pad for them. Make sure you put baby powder in you pads after use, or they will become all sticky and grows. (if they are the ones I am thinking of) Have Fun!
