Im interested in making jewelry with resin… can you use fiberglass resin to make jewelry? if not what kind should i get? can you buy it at lowes? I dont have any big craft stores near me.

Yes. You *can* use such resins to make jewelry. But it will be awkward, smelly and not very precise. There are specific casting resins for that purpose – you might look on sites such as Amazon for colored resins designed for the purpose.
