I want to make my own resin plugs (gauges) does anyone know where I can purchase resin at? Locally NOT on a website.

I went to Hobby Lobby’s store website and typed in resin and it came up with “Castin’ Craft Transparent Dye Polyester – Resin Dye”

Is that the same thing as what I’m looking for? Thanks in advanced!
