Klutz twirling (quilling) paper kit…are the colours really bright?
I’ve been looking everywhere for quilling supplies, and it seems as though my best bet is the klutz kit. However, the paper looks really bright, and i want to make something nice for somone. Would the colours on the link below be avavilable in the klutz kit? thanks
