Is it too early to take a pregnancy test?

I missed my period in March so my last one was early Feb. I slept with someone on the 19th March ( we were both a little drunk , Actually I was way beyond a little). I always carry condoms and they were gone the next day , however due to my stupid choices my memory is a little unreliable. I couldn’t get the morning after pill due to healthcare closures and a missing purse. I haven’t had a period since. Is it to early to take a test?
