Aura Colors and The Human Body

Every human body has its own unique energy system. This energy is emitted from the body into an energy field. This is known as the human aura. Meditating on aura colors can also help you connect with your body, learn how to be present, and process your emotions. Below is a list of the seven primary aura colors and their associations to each chakra.

When meditating, allow your mind to tune into each chakra and its specific color. Allow your body to communicate back to you. What might each chakra say to you? This is a great exercise that can help you learn process through major emotions, physical ailments and specific life circumstances.

Aura Colors and their Functions

Red: Base of Spine-Issues of survival and feeling grounded – This chakra relates to your physical sensations.

Orange: Sacral- Sexuality, creativity, healing – This chakra relates to your inner emotions.

Yellow: Solar Plexus- Mental processes and functioning – This chakra relates to your self-confidence and issues with anger.

Green: Heart- Love, harmony, compassion – This chakra relates to how you interact with others.

Blue: Throat- Communications – This chakra relates to personal expression.

Indigo: Forehead- Inner vision and intuition – This chakra relates to your perceptions.

Violet: Crown of Head- Spiritul connection and destiny – This chakra relates to your spiritual purpose.
