Will I struggle to write neatly since I lost a finger on my writing hand eight days ago to infection?

I had my left-ring finger amputated eight days ago at the first joint because it was badly infected, basically I want to know, when the bandages come off and the stump is fully healed, will I be able to grip a pen and write as neatly as I did when I had five fingers? I can type with my left-hand pretty much as I used to, but I’m worried that my writing will suffer from only having four 1/3 fingers to support my grip.

it makes little difference its hardest getting used to it. once you are used to it you should be writing as good as you used to be.
