How to I wash a very delicate dress?

I got a dress for my promotion and I’m going to be wearing it to another event. Its made of 100% Polyester, and I know that isn’t important, but there are little sparkles on them (from glitter glue I think), and I don’t want it to rub off.

Do you have one of those mesh lingerie bags that zip-up? You could turn the dress inside out, put it in a mesh lingerie bag and wash it (by itself) on a gentle cycle. I think either Woolite or a dab of regular detergent (liquid, not powder) would work.

Then line dry — Don’t even THINK about putting it in a dryer!
