What do I need to upgrade my Echo 1 G36C?

I have a Version 3 Echo 1 G36C airsoft rifle, and I was hoping to upgrade it with a Mad Bull M120 Spring. I emailed Echo 1 USA and they said the stock gun can take it, claiming “You’re fine running a 120 spring…these will not effect the life of the gears. We run longevity tests with the gears using 150 springs and very high volts. They last well over 40K+ rounds.

Here’s some info on my internals:

Metal Spring Guide (should I get a steel spring guide?)
Metal Bushings
M110 Spring
Classic Army Steel Gears
Poly-Carbonite Piston
16-Gauge Wiring
EG 1000 Motor
8.4V Ni-MH 1100
Tokyo Mauri Compatible

So, just wondering if the Mad Bull M120 spring would work with my Echo 1 G36C V3 without reiforcement to the gears.
I hear that the spring in the Echo 1 G36C is bigger than others, so the mad bull spring won’t work. Is this true?
Any internals I need to upgrade to accomodate this spring? Maybe a higher voltage battery?
Thanks in advance.

I would get a spring guide that rotates as long as you are in there, but there isn’t going to be much of an improvement.

A 9.6 nunchuck might be a good upgrade.
