Plumage Barred

How might I go about acquiring and caring for a Norwegian Blue?

It had beautiful plumage but I am worried it may muscle up to the bars of the cage and fly away if it starts pining for the fjords.

‘Pining for the fjords!!!, Pining for the fjords!!!!’ I agree about the plumage though ‘Beautiful plumage’
If it does muscle up to the bars, I’d go back to the pet shop and ‘register a complaint’
Be careful because I’ve heard they are easily stunned. They like sleeping on their back too.
They are difficult to find, have you considered a slug?
