Trying to identify this stick bubble gum from 60s. Dark blue outside sleeve?

Brand name was printed white, or orange. It was the only
b-gum I recall that came in a stick, like chewing gum. A pkg was one penny and had 2 sticks, wrapped in white waxy paper and blue sleeve around the pair. No other stick gum had the dark blue paper sleeve and as a bubble gum it could not be confused with any other. The gum looked artificially hot pink, had the most intense super-sweet, fruity smell and taste, unlike the common and popular “chunk” gums that were a penny a piece. Any other fellow 60s kid remember this gum and its’ name?

The ones I remember were BLACK JACK and BEEMANS. BLACK JACK had a blue and black wrapper. BEEMANS had a black and orange wrapper with white letters. These are 2 from that era I remember well.
