4 sliced mushrooms
1 sliced cucumber
1 sliced carrot
1 pkg assorted lettuce
1 pink cabbage
1 can pinapple chunks
1 onion
sour dough bread
fake cheese
garlic portabella burgers
tofurky slices

roasted garlic teryakki
orignal teryakki
a pinch of chipotale pepper
lime juice
dijonase

heat up a sauce pan to 3 or 4 and pour the teryakki over it in the general area ad a few drops of lime juice and the pinch of chipotale pepper and allow the sauce pan to heat the ingrediants untill a plesant smell fills the room or just use your best judgement to allow the flavor to open up a bit now add your sliced mushrooms and pinapple chunks you may want to slice the pinapple depending on the brand and allow them to sautee for a few minuets 15-30 is the best turn off the head and remove your mushrooms and pinapple from the pan now take your garlic portabella burgers and some onions and place them in the sauce pan i reccomend arranging the onions carefully ontop
