Samsung LCD TV as pink dots on screen?

I have a Samsung LN-T4061F TV that is 1-1/2 years old. Today when I turned it on I could see the picture, but it is covered with pink dots. I can still watch TV, but the pink dots stay on the screen and do not move with the picture. Any idea what this could be?
Forgot to add, my TV is also connected to a HD Cable Box and a DVD Player through a HDMI cord.

If it displays this behavior on all inputs its the TV. You can rule out other equiptment by process of elimination. If it is the TV Call Samsung or who ever your warranty is with and schedule a service call. Is it still under warranty? If it’s out of warranty, hopefully it was purchased with a credit card. Most major card company’s offer an extra year of warranty on top of the manufactures warranty when you use there card. If a card was used contact the credit card company, you may have an extra year of warranty. If not lesson learned, because it sounds like a panel swap and that can be mucho deniro.
