How can I cover up red dots on my arms ?

So I’m going to a party this Saturday and I’m wearing a strapless dress so my arms will be showing. Normally I wear just a normal t-shirt that covers up a little part of the red dots. But on Saturday both my arms will be completely showing. I know make up might work but any other options ?

It sounds like you have Keratosis Pilaris. I have it as well. Get a loofah sponge, and scrub your arms with it in the bath. Also, get a soap or body wash with salicylic acid. I promise it will help, it helps me alot. It will make your arms appear less red and bumpy, and it will feel really smooth.
