looking for paper or craft punch in hard to find sizes?

i need a paper punch, hole punch, craft punch or whatever it’s called that can make circles 18mm or 11/16″. i have 3/4″ (too big) and 5/8″ (too small). I was hoping there might be a brand that does their sizing in metric and if not maybe 11/16″ is a size some manufacturer offers. i have looked and looked a couple hours and asking here is a last ditch attempt to find something.

Have you checked out the Oriental Trading Company? They have a scrapbooking section now, and often carry unusual items. Also, if you haven’t tried eBay, I suggest you do. You can browse even without an account. They often have stuff from foreign manufacturers offered there.
