Where can I find neon and glow-in-the-dark paint for a black light party?

I’m having a black light party for my sweet sixteen and I have heard about the ideas with highlighters and water and white clothing and everything else but I would like to use paint but the only kind I can find is in like four ounce bottles and I would like to buy it by the gallon

Arts and craft stores (like Michaels or A.C MOORE) have them for t-shirts!
