urgent: whats the difference in TI Nspire Cas Touch pad Black and a TI Nspire Cas Grey and do they do the same?

hi I asked this question this morning hoping i would have a answer by now but un fortunatly it did not go through. My year 10 child needs a TI Nspire Cas Calculator Texas Instrument the one i have been recommended from the school is $200.00 and its rthe Black one, i have been looking to buy on off ebay cause its cheaper but i keep comming accross a grey version the only difference i notice is the color its grey and below the screen it has a circular pad instead of a rectangular one, i need to know if there is a difference in their operations.Thankyou.

TI Nspire Cas Touch pad Black a rectangle pad is more popular because it is a touch pad
