Can you get dehydrated from sleeping with a heating pad all night?

I slept with a heating pad last night and woke up feeling dizzy and very very thirsty with dry lips, was i dehydrated

Unlikely but possible. A lot of people sleep with heating pad with no ill effects. You might have just had mild heatstroke.

For it to have been dehydration, you would have had to have woken up in a large puddle of sweat.
