Christmas Craft ideas for all age groups?

I get together each year with all my nieces and nephews for Christmas crafts. We have made clothespin soldier ornaments, gingerbread houses, hand-painted ornaments, and candy cane reindeer with pipe cleaner antlers. The group ranges in age from 7 to 19 so the crafts need to be interesting enough for the older ones and easy enough for the younger ones. Any ideas?

Other kinds can be pretty ornamental Kusudamas which can be be used as hangings in your patio or inside your house.
