Organza Fabric
Tulle and Organza fabric combination?
tulle for the puffy effect and organza for… i dont really know
would they go good together? and would it be better for the organza fabric to go on top of the tulle or vice versa?
It is better for the organza fabric to go on top of the tulle. this can make the dress pom pom like.
