Different fabrics for bridesmaids dresses?

I want to give my BMs and MOH some choice in the dresses they wear. I found a line of dresses I like and the girls seem happy with: www.edenbridals.com
There are same colors in the different fabric types, but I’m wondering if I should stick to one fabric type.
They offer Matte Satin, French Satin, Chiffon, Organza, Taffeta and Velvet
I’m going to exclude Velvet right off the top – the texture is just too different. But how different are the other types of fabrics?
Should I pick one and just tell the girls to get whichever dress they want in that fabric to keep them the same?

Those fabrics are all relatively different — I would go with letting them choose the dress, but keeping the fabric the same for all of the dresses.
