Rook piercing, Multi purpose eye solution to clean it?

I just got my rook pierced and was told to use selene solution? Would A multi-purpose solution for soft contacts work?

My piercists have always recommended using sea salt soaks, or non iodized salt of some kind. 1/4 teaspoon to 8oz of very warm water and let it soak for 3 minutes. I use a measuring cup with my head tilted sideways for my rook piercing. I carry saline solution with me for quick cleanings when the new piercing gets gross, but 2x daily salt soaks is the best way to heal it and not get a keliod. I had a cartilage piercing before and got a keliod from not soaking it enough.
