How do I make a mold or cast of my head? Exact same shape and size….?

Hi, I need to make a head that is the exact same shape and size as my own. The material will need to be able to have pins stuck into it. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to do this and what materials are needed? Thank you!

You want to do a body cast of your head
I would look at mike194 ‘s answer

If I were doing it, I would get a foam head and add details I want with oil based clay or wax. Regular clay would shrink and crack and break off.
