How do I take care of a mini-rose?

I recently brought it home from my office, where it had no sunshine and fertilizer for over a year. When I took it home, it froze in the car. I thought it was dead, but a few days after i saw new leaves growing. However, all of the old leaves are dry and falling off. Is there any way of possibly saving this poor plant?

yes there are so many ways for saving it.you make powder in the egg shell and put it in the pot and put the earthworm in the soil.dont feel guilty take care of the plant
